According to the Us Weekly, and The Sun, Britney Spears decided to strip off her top, and reveal her breasts (saggy as they may be), then have a go at making out with a random guy, after having her assistant tell him that Britney wanted to fool around.

Brit swigged from a bottle of Jack Daniel’s and downed Mojito cocktails before flashing her breasts and playing a game of truth or dare. American Mike Encinias kept his trunks on as straggly-haired Brit groped him. Mike was an extra on the video shoot and says she later tried to seduce him in her hotel suite – while wearing nothing but a pair of pink panties.

Remember back in the day when seeing Britney Spears topless would have been the biggest news ever. Now, not so much.
