Paris Hilton added yet another hot celeb to her list of hook-ups the other day “Entourage” stud Adrian Grenier. Seems like Paris cant event go to the beach without cameras taking pictures. Luckily she wont age for another 5 years and then it will start to show. She better have a backup plan.
