Miley Cyrus has a fan that likes to get her body autographed and then she walks to the tattoo parlor and get their autograph tattooed. Miley signs this girls arm, and then realizes the rest of the autographs are tattoos and freaks out. Some people are just strange. Once I got a 2Pac autograph on my back and it made me feel thug like 50 Cents. Only to realize I was white and no one gives a shit.
