That’s one of the worst and most obvious photoshops I’ve ever seen. Even if you believed the rest of it, look at the left wrist. Fat doesn’t suddenly narrow like that–it tapers. Stooooopid waste of time, this picture.

The original picture has a small pink bikini bottom on her and someone has just cloned the nearby skin color to cover it.
