There may be an answer to L.A.’s traffic problems send Shauna Sand back to Miami. Daffy Duck stopped traffic on Robertson Blvd. yesterday so paps could snap photos of her in her car causing enough angry honking to annoy a seasoned New York cabby. Daffy Duck was there I swear!
