It’s nothing new to see Kate Moss’ nipples, hell, we just saw Kate Moss topless in W magazine yesterday, but there was something different about this particular time that Kate Moss showed off her nipples in a dress in Turkey in traditionally Muslim, Istanbul, Turkey.
