That’s right, Meredith Salenger, star of such 80s classics as A Night in the Life of Jimmy Reardon, and Dream a Little Dream, posted pictures of herself naked on her MySpace page. Meredith did NOT post any nude photos
“2 photos that she had CROPPED into HEADSHOTS - were downloaded by a HACKER and UNCROPPED revealing their original nature -full length
she did not POST photos like that of herself on her myspace page (like the article says)”
The same thing happened to Cat Schwartz of TechTV a while back.
A lot of people didn’t know about the usually useful features of Photoshop!

When you’re cropping pictures, you must remember that the EXIF data remains embedded in the image. EXIF data contains information such as camera used, shutter speed — and a thumbnail of the full image. When Cat edited her photos, she didn’t delete the EXIF data of the original shot (with her tittles). Cat could have avoided this mistake by using an EXIF-extraction tool such as Photo Studio.
Select the image, choose Thumbnail, and then choose Set Inline. This will synch the embedded thumbnail with the current cropped image. The next time you take topless pictures of yourself and don’t want them to get out, use a tool like Photo Studio.
