TMZ reports that Paris Hiltons neighbor is willing to pay her landlord 27k a month to kick Paris out. Paris is renting the house for 22k a month so the landlord would make some nice cash by just kicking her out. The neighbor has already called the cops 2 times in the 5 days that Paris has lived there. The neighbor says there has been loud parties and way too much ruckus to handle. Paris knows how to party!
