DMX, real name Earl Simmons, faces charges of racing on a highway, reckless driving, two counts of endangerment, three counts of criminal speed and driving on a suspended license according to TMZ Police.

DMX, real name Earl Simmons, faces charges of racing on a highway, reckless driving, two counts of endangerment, three counts of criminal speed and driving on a suspended license according to TMZ Police.
According to police, stationary cameras first snapped DMX in triple digits around 8:24 PM . One minute later he was spotted again this time doing 114. Three minutes later he was clocked doing 101 … and he did all that in a yellow 1966 Chevy Nova II.
You know how Ruff Ryders roll! In a tiny yellow 1966 Chevy Nova going over 120 mph. I mean I am surprise that thing can even get up that fast. And it looks like hes with a hottie in the car…So Tupac Shakur wanna be is arrested and in jail…Mofo needs to slowdown..
