Despite a pending lawsuit,
Vivid Entertainment will release the
Kim Kardashian sex tape on March 21. After Kardashian filed suit last month, Vivid agreed to temporarily halt production, but now they feel confident they have the legal right to distribute the video and will proceed as such.
