Paris Hilton was photographed YESTERDAY once again driving, even though her license is still suspended and just 5 days after she was sentenced to 45 days in jail for driving on a suspended license. As a reminder, this is what Paris said to the judge just before sentencing last Friday:

“I’m very sorry and from now on I’m going to pay complete attention to everything. I’m sorry and I did not do it on purpose at all.”


Now lets all image that Paris gets caught driving again with no license. Can you guess what would happen to her in front of the judge. More jail time and more fake crying. If your gonna break the law consistently, at least own up to it and stop being a pussy.

Paris Hilton has posted a link on her myspace to a petition for “all fans and supporters and all that are outraged by injustice”. The petition is hoping that Governor Schwarzenegger (the arnie! yea right) will pardon her and she will not have to serve the 45 day jail sentence imposed on her last Friday for repeatedly violating her probation. A sentence that came after a DUI charge and for driving 70 miles per hour down Sunset Boulevard at night without her headlights on. The petition says:

Paris Whitney Hilton is an American celebrity and socialite. She is an heiress to a share of the Hilton Hotel fortune, as well as to the real estate fortune of her father Richard Hilton. She provides hope for young people all over the U.S. and the world. She provides beauty and excitement to (most of) our otherwise mundane lives.



The fact that she is asking Arnie for a pardon. Is ridiculous. I mean hes the man, but when your in the wrong and clearly stupid the terminator isn’t going to help you. And its definitely not “a good one”. It is clear she is getting desperate, we all know shes not gonna win the appeal process but at the least she had Elliot Mintz back for representation while shes making out with lesbians in jail.

Paris Hilton stepped out this weekend and told waiting paparazzi that she feels she was treated unfairly by the judge who sentenced her to 45 days in jail for repeatedly driving and getting pulled over on a suspended license. Paris says:

“I told the truth yesterday. I feel that I was treated unfairly. The sentence was both cruel and unwarranted. I don’t deserve this.”



Paris Hilton’s publicist Elliot Mintz has announced he’ll no longer be representing Paris. Last Friday Paris claimed in court it was Mintz who told her she was allowed to drive even though she had a suspended license. The judge didn’t believe her and sentenced her to jail anyways. Hahaha. Shit I have to renew my suspended license too. I hope the coppers don’t get me.

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge has sentenced Paris Hilton to 45 days in LA County jail for violating her probation. Her sentence will start on June 5, and the judge made sure she wouldn’t be allowed on work release, furloughs, use of an alternative jail, or electronic monitoring instead of jail. Moments before the judge gave his decision, Paris was crying and told the court:

“I’m Sorry, I’m Sorry.” The judge called out her rep Elliot Mintz in court, describing his testimony as “completely worthless.” He also told Paris that he did not believe that she was unaware of her license suspension, adding that she had paperwork in her car stating that her license was suspended.

Holy shit! The dumbest smart girl in the world goes to jail. Well Paris can play the stupid role on TV. But when it comes to real life, the judge ain’t gonna be cool about this. No matter how much money you have in the fucking bank. And the fact that this judge called her lawyer a fucking joke, says that he knows what kind of games shes trying to pull. Maybe Paris and Joe Francis can get a jail cell together and make a sex tape out of it. That might be a good comeback for both of them. Money can’t buy you out of jail time unless your OJ. Paris Hilton faces jail for driving with a suspended license. The heiress appears in court today over her alleged “flagrant disregard” of a drink-drive ban imposed in January.

In court papers, Los Angeles city attorney Rockard J Delgadillo asks that “Hilton be ordered to serve 45 days in County Jail”. He also calls for Paris, 25, to be banned from drinking for 90 days, claiming she refused to follow a court order insisting she attend an alcohol education program within 21 days. If a judge agrees, Paris will be tagged with a special anti-booze device that lets cops know if she touches a drop. The device reads the amount of alcohol in the blood every hour and reports it to cops.

Prosecutors also want her Bentley impounded. She will pay herself out of this mess I am sure of it. A rich Paris Hilton in jail would never fly in court. Besides all she have to do is sleep with the judge.
